Anywhere access Windows server 2012 r2

Hey, 

I have been trying to setup Anywhere access on my Windows server 2012 r2 and it is not working. 

Here is my setup

Internet ISP <--> Router (...0.0/24) <--> (...0.24/24) Fortinet 30e (NAT mode) Firewall (...1.10/24) --> (...1.0/24) local Network 

I have everything setup and it is working fine. All computers on the local network can access the internet. 

I have also setup port forwarding on the Firewall to forward 443, 80, 3389 to my DC on the local network. I have also enable port forwarding on my router to forward 443, 80, 3389 to my Firewall (...0.20/24) which it turn forwards it to my DC.

However, with this configure, I am still getting the "Anywhere Access to your service is blocked" & "UPnP is not enabled on your router".

Please help.
