SSRS web portal 2016 missing Branding and KPI, MOBILE report options RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I  installed SQL server 2016 developer edition, SSMS and Sql server data tools . I did SSRS configuration and when I go to the SSRS new web portal it seems to be missing new features like Branding, KPI,Mobile reports option as shown in below.

    Did I missing anything during installation? Could you please help me?

    Sure you have installed SSRS 2016 as Developer Edition? That Features should be available in Enterprise & Developer Edition, but should be only missing in other Editions: Reporting Services Features Supported by the Editions of SQL Server 2016

    As Olaf mentioned, it seems that the edition you installed is not Developer Edition, you can check the edition by Reporting Services Configuration Manager.

  • I have installed SQL 2017 Enterprise edition and below are my edition details:

    Microsoft SQL Server 2017 (RTM-CU13-OD) (KB4483666) - 14.0.3049.1 (X64)   Dec 15 2018 11:16:42   Copyright (C) 2017 Microsoft Corporation  Enterprise Edition: 
    Core-based Licensing (64-bit) on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter 10.0 <X64> (Build 14393: ) (Hypervisor) 

    I can't see Branding Menu either. Can some one please advise.
