HELP!

    Question

  • I am using a website that needs Silverlight and when I get to a certain section it says I need to install silverlight. I have installed it. It won't let me get past this section of the website it just continually says you need to download silverlight. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, closing the browser, restarting the computer, using Firefox instead of safari - all the basic stuff but no luck.

I am on a Mac. macOS High Sierra.

I am new to Mac and never had this issue on the pc so wasn't sure what to do! Help please! The website I need to use is for work so I really need to get it working!

    Thanks!

  • Which browser are using? Please have a look at the system requirement:

    https://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default

Because it list the browser with specific version and date time that Silverlight could support.
