  • Hi M R Loganathan,

You must add references to two assemblies:

    • Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.dll
    • Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.Runtime.dll

    Assemblies are located in: \ProgramFiles\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\14\ISAPI
Also change the target framework to 3.5 while developing with Visual Studio.

Please refer to How to add Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.Runtime reference to project.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Zoe
