Silverlight not working with sky go on Windows 10

    Question

  • I have Windows 10 with Silverlight 5.1 and Internet Explorer 11 on my laptop and it plays sky go perfectly. However, with the same setup on my PC, every time I try to play sky go I am asked to install/update Silverlight, even though it's already installed and I know it's the latest version. What's going on?

  • Hi Haddenham John,

From your description, I suggest you can try to fix your Silverlight. You can try to the following steps

    1) Check system is support or not:
    http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/locale/en-us/html/installation-win-SL5.html

    2) Download the latest Silverlight plugin

    3) Clean a corrupted Silverlight installation

    4) Reinstall Silverlight
