  • Hi

Can you please check if you have added SharePoint site(error tenant site url) to IE Trusted Sites? If not, please add then try again.

  • Unable to add the sites to IE Trusted Sites. Only System Administrator can change the settings.

  • Hi,ghsajith,

I want to confirm some information with your for narrowing down.

    1. Can you access the site via IE? Does this issue occur for other user account and other machines?

    2. Are you using ADFS authentication? If so, here is a thread with similar issue.

    3. Can you connect to other site collections in the same tenant?

You can try to clear SharePoint Designer 2013 cache, then test again, compare the result.

  • After enabling Apps that don't use modern authentication, the previous error is gone. Is this a correct  method ?

Still not able to access the site using SharePoint Designer

I tried with different users. Still the same issue.

  • Hi, ghsajith,

This seems to be the issue due to that Office 2013, including SharePoint Designer 2013, is not configured to use ADAL.
