Please help. My xbox live profile became corrupted on my xbox, so I have to recover my gamer tag on the console, but I dont remember the password or secret question answer related to my windows live I D. I cant get a reset link emailed as the email address
on the I D is not valid. What can I do, I do not want to lose all of my game data and xbox live profile as I have had it for four years.
