  • Just checking in to see if you have had a chance to see the previous response from Marcin.
Please let us know what LCS mean & share the required information to better assist you.

Just to clarify, “LCS is a Microsoft Azure-based collaboration portal that provides a unifying, collaborative environment along with a set of regularly updated services that help you manage the application lifecycle of your implementations” - document – Could you please share more details on how your Azure resources (Virtual Machines) are provisioned & details about this setup?

Is this issue confined to any specific VMs?  How exactly are you attempting to start those VMs?

If you have access to Azure Portal, you may directly review the status of the VM and then try to start it from there. Also, review the “Activity Logs” for fetch more details on the error.

Furthermore, leverage Diagnostics tool within the Azure Portal to narrow the issue further. Kindly review the diagnostics from the Portal, click on ‘Diagnose and solve problems’ settings blade - From there, try the following options on the Tools to fetch much deeper insights on the error.

You could also review the VM agent/extensions for configuration details on the problematic VM.
Kindly let us know how it goes for further investigation.
