Dose Azure have a product like zookeeper which act as a online config center?

I have a scene that I want to change configs in app or service. Like zookeeper,  which can effect at once when I change configs in zookeeper.

Azure dont have a Service which has all the features of Zookeeper But it has Azure App Configuration which will help you to store the application configuration outside of the code.

If you for looking for a service which stores the configuration of your app in one place and a change there reflects in all the apps where its referred to, Then Azure App Configuration helps.
