Silverlight to access Virgin Inflight Entertainment

    Question

  • I am trying to get Silverlight to download and work with the Virgin inflight entertainment. I have downloaded Silverlight onto my surface pro however when I run the test page from Virgin it says Silverlight is not installed.

I can view Silverlight on my PC - but don't seem to be able to do anything useful with it. Is there something I am missing? I have uninstalled, reinstalled and re-started my surface with no luck to get it to work.

    appreciate your advice.

    thanks

  • Hi I-G,

Firstly, you should check your system is supported or not. The main supported browsers are: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari.

    Compatible Operating Systems and Browsers:

If your system is supported, I suggest you can try fixing Silverlight.

How to clean a corrupted Silverlight installation and then reinstall Silverlight:
