  • I never heard of an Office suite having "downgrade rights" - and FP2002 is 2 versions before Office 2007.

Why not use Expression Web 4 - it is now free.

  • According to that document, if you have the correct license Select License, Open License, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) License, but NOT retail nor FPP) for Office 2007, you can downgrade to
the equivalent Office 2003 product. FP2002 is not an Office 2003 product - so the downgrade does not apply. I did not see Office 2010 mentioned.

  • In the link http://www.microsoft.com/expression/ it is mentioned that "Expression Web is now available as a free download from the Microsoft Download Center, and no new versions will be developed" . So the there will not be any future development for this product and no support will be given .So i think it is not a good choice.

  • The only viable alternative is DreamWeaver.
