How to Restrict Create view for User to avoid Create new for All items?

Question

Hello Experts,

I am working on SharePoint 2007. I have create a list and this list view be default is Assing to me.

I have a user group with name visitor and they have very less authorization.

What we want is to avoid the users from Visitor group to create their own view in this list.

Becasue if they do so then they can create new view to see the all items.

therefore, How to Restrict Create view for User to avoid Create new for All items?
