Power-pivot SharePoint Schedule data refresh error "The Operation has timed out" if the file above 3MB size

Question

• Dear Experts,

  We have completed PowerPivot16 configuration in our SP 2016 development environment (APP server 1, App server 2,SQL 2014 and OOS (Office online server)). Schedule data refresh is working fine for the file below 3MB, but when we are trying to schedule data refresh for the file above 5MB, we are seeing error as "The Operation has timed out”  (below image error 1) and SP logs showing as below, we have applied below (URL) work around, but no luck, showing error as "A schedule cannot...." (image error 2) and we revert back the work around. Can you please review this and let us know if there is other work around.  We have verified all settings of PowerPivot properties and all are fine.

  More over, we have also completed same configuration in QA environment and same issue repeated as above, not sure, but this is a known issue in SP 2016.
