Microsoft Document translate - Cannot find active subscription Error even that account is active. RRS feed

  • My Microsoft document translator account is active, Client ID, Client Secret etc and it clearly states (Settings saved. Ready to translate, though It only translates the first 2 pages of a pdf then i get the following Error everytime .. I'm frustrated please help

    Error while processing document c:\Users\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx TranslateApiException: Cannot find an active Azure market Place Translator subscription associated with the requested credentials

  • Hi Peace,

    please visit https://datamarket.azure.com/account/datasets, and see if you have a subscription to "Microsoft Translator". If you have one, you can also see the remaining balance of characters you have.

    The error message indicates that you have an account on the Azure Marketplace, but are not currently subscribed to Microsoft Translator. In order to subscribe, visit here: https://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/bing/microsofttranslator.
