Using a Gateway laptop, Win7, 64bit - IE9 (tried 64 and 32bit), Chrome AND Firefox.
Netflix WAS working then IE crashed, couldn't get things to work - removed Silverlight, and had to restore to a point a few days back to get everything working again. All good there, but when I download silverlight so I can play Netflix vids, it gives me
error 1622 - No temp folder...
So, there is a temp folder, and I can write to it, have made sure it wasn't hidden. Looks like I did completely delete the old Silverlight (I think..) Can't figure out why it won't let me re-install the program.
I bought a used laptop at a garagesale, I bought netflex and my computer says I must be an adminster account to download silverlight, I do not have the pass word to switch users and dont no how to bypass this, went back were I bought the laptop but no one
lives there any more.
