Unable to Start Program

Question

I am just starting with Visual Studio. Trying to run some tutorial programs, which worked fine yesterday. But now I just get an error when running from the debugger 'Start Without Debugging:: Unable to Start Program. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. Is there a fix for this?

I figured this out. In the small window near the top of the screen, next to "Debug" it should be x64, not x86
