Can't use my netflix!


  • Netflix tells me I have to have silverlight on my computer. I've tried installing silverlight 3 or 4 different ways. I keep getting this message - "The feature you are trying to use is on a network that is unavailable." I also can't instal a security update for silverlight. Mocrosoft Answerr Tech can't help and Customer Service can't help. What do I do to fix this problem so I can use my Netflix account on my computer?
