How to get my Security Code from my Microsoft Authentication app

Question

Says it in the title, I don’t know how to recover my security code and I do wish SOMEONE here tells me where to find it. I’m trying to set up and other Microsoft Auth to my Phone since I have it on my iPad and I want added security to my devices. Again hope to hear someone back soon.
