Revenue value formatting in BingAds Api ReportingService

Question

Hi,

When we are fetching for example CampaignPerformanceReport we are getting Revenue="11,902.88" and AllRevenue="11,902.88" with comma while other metrics like Spend="5402.90"  without comma. Revenue and AllRevenue are formatted with comma character which suggests it maybe locale dependent. My question is is this value formatting locale dependent ? if yes then how can we determine with BingAds api which locale use to parse this value ?

Thanks for reporting this issue with Revenue and AllRevenue. This also impacts ExtendedCost. To avoid breaking clients who might have a dependency on this format as en-US, we'll plan to fix this in a future version of the API.
