Internal Error while bulk upload to sandbox

Question

Hi I'm trying to upload campaign, but I'm receiving internal error, code 0.

Here are tracking and request id:

Can you please tel me what is wrong, so i can fix it ?

this is happening on production as well.

To expedite the investigation can you please clarify, was the upload working previously and only recently failed? Could you please share the SOAP request (without credentials) + response?

Hi Eric,

sorry i thought tracking id will be enough for you guys.

i shared CSV files.

Here is first one (request), data passed to server.

Hi Branko.

I uploaded the same request.csv file you sent, but I see a different error: CampaignServiceInvalidSettingForCampaignType

Please try to remove the value under the 'Website' column if you are adding a Search campaign. Also did you ZIP the file before upload? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/guides/bulk-download-upload?view=bingads-13#uploading
