  • Hi muhamad,

first thing you must make sure of the service health by executing the following Commands

    use-cachecluster

    get-cachehost

check the status of the servers , if they are all up , ok let's go to another troubleshoot tip  by checking the service permissions ,executing the following command

    get-cacheallowedclientaccount

i came cross an issue like this before , i have had issue with permissions of this service , i explained this case in details through my technical blog , please have a look on this post

let me know if u still need any assistance

  • Hi Fahru,

let's apply other troubleshooting tips , there are many reasons stand behind this vague issue and if you googled about it, you will find many workaround mentioned in many articles so let us apply some of them :-

1- one of the strongst resolution i've found in many blogs excuting the following commands

    Remove-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance
    Add-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance
    Restart-CacheCluster

by this way you remove distributed cache instance from all the farm and re-install it again

2- another resolution mentioned also, executing set of commands found here Distributed Cache Troubleshooting

i dont know if you've already came cross above tips or not but let me know if you still need any assistance.

  • Hi Fahru- make sure the distributed cache is running well and permissions are in place. Also check timer job. See the following link for details:
