  • Hi markgoldin,

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

    >>Details: The network path was not found.

For this error message, the cause may due to the network variable, that the AndroidBuildSupport package failed to download. Currently, there is not a ISO image released that could repair it, in this situation, I suggest you have a look at Create an offline installation of Visual Studio 2017 RC

Then here is another thread link about the detailed steps:

    https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/bd0567c4-da60-4102-8d90-c6006ff603a5/installing-vs-2017-rc-using-commandline-unattended-install?forum=vssetup#1b250a4e-38d9-4349-a04e-c891b3036fd8

Although it's about the Enterprise version, but also work for the VS 2017 RC Community.

Then run the vs_Community .exe to install the VS, If any problem persists, please feel free to tell me, I will help you troubleshoot.
