• Hi Kataria Deepak,

Since everything is working fine in your local server, I think your modal dialog has no issues. This issue may be related with the browser settings in your production server.

Please share your code about how to create the modal dialog.

Besides, you could try to use browser F12 developer tools to debug this issue. You may find some clues there.

Best regards,

• Hi Emily Du,

Please look into the code snippets for modal dialog

<CommandUIHandler
Command="Invoke_RibbonCustomAction1ButtonRequest"
CommandAction="javascript:SP.UI.ModalDialog.showModalDialog({ url: '/_layouts/15/report/EmailModal.aspx?{StandardTokens}&SPListItemId={SelectedItemId}&SPListId={SelectedListId}&IsDlg=1'});"
EnabledScript="javascript:
function enableSendReport()
{
var url = window.location.href;
if(!(url.indexOf('IIS') > -1 || url.indexOf('C') > -1))
{
$('#EmailGroupId').hide();
}
var ctx = SP.ClientContext.get_current();
var items = SP.ListOperation.Selection.getSelectedItems(ctx);
if(items.length == 1)
{
return true;
}
//return true;
}
enableSendReport();
"/>
</CommandUIHandlers>
I also checked the developer tool to debug this issue.but nothing found. Modal dialog just refreshes on the chrome

Thanks
