    Не могу установить Microsoft Visual Studio  2010.

    Вы устанавливали с dvd, или через веб инстал, какая ОС? Посмотрите что есть с  framework 4, удалите все  используя Windows Install Clean Up и попробуйте установит заново..Вот решение такой же проблемы:

    Устанавливал с дика, ОС Windows 7.

    А может єто проблема в ОЗУ? Ошибка на одной из них.

    Проблема может быть в правах.

    Сохраните этот текст в файле с расширением .reg, после этого щелкните на нем правой кнопкой и выберите слияние:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
