I'm trying to enable list add permission to anonymous users, but the checkboxes in the list configuration is turned off

Question

Authentication provider anonymous access is turned on.

Site anonymous access is configured to ALL SITE.

The anonymous users are normally acessing the site, but I want to allow these users to edit a list.

When I enter to anonymous configuration on my list, the checkboxes (add, edit, delete and show) are all disabled.
