Caixa de Dialogo - abrir arquivo RRS feed

  • Olá Pessoal eu gostaria de procurar o arquivo para abrir, eu tenho o tratamento que quero fazer, mas não quero que o usuário digite o endereço e o arquivo, mas sim que procure pelas pastas.
