-> Click on start button then navigate to control panel
-> Open control panel and click on Programs
-> Select program and features and then microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
-> Double click on it and choose repair option
-> Now, process will be started and click on next then follow instruction
-> After restarting system again check for update and your issue will be resolved now

Já tive esse mesmo problema, consegui resolver reparando o .net framework 4 cliente,

Vá em painel de controle, programas, e procure por "Microsoft .net framework 4 client profile", selecione a opção reparar.
