Windows Azure didn't resolve Domain Name in Custom Domains (Sites)

Question

Hi,

I've been trying to follow the instructions to point an CNAME record from my domain to my Azure website (Custom Domain).

I created the following CNAME records in my DNS Provider:
subsite.mydomain.com.br mysite.azurewebsites.net
www.subsite.mydomain.com.br mysite.azurewebsites.net


In Manage Custom Domains of this site, I entered with both CNAME records and Azure didn't resolve names.

PS:
* Using a Online Service Ping, both CNAME records were resolve the address;
* Accessing www or subsite.mydomain.com.br the browser returns Error 404;
* All the DNS records were created more than 3 days.


What am I doing wrong?

Hi Renan,

If you buy your custom domain on Registro Br (for example), you need check the option to use it's own service as the image below.

Hi,

This ticket has been solved.

I was waiting for DNS replication (Windows Azure/Sites), and now the Site recognized the custom domain.

Thank you for your response.
I bought my domain on RegistroBr, but, if I configure my domain for use RegistroBr Servers, I can't create points A or CNAME in DNS Manager.
