Modal Bootstrap

Question

Boa tarde Pessoal.

Criei um Bootstrap modal através das dicas do seguinte link:

Porém após a inclusão, alteração ou exclusão de algum registro, ao realizar novamente qualquer ação, a tela escurece mas o dialog não é exibido.

Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Diego, verifica se está mostrando algum erro no console do navegador. Caso esteja apresentando algum erro poste aqui para que possamos te ajudar!
