Erro no Visual basic 2010

Question

Could not resolve mscorlib for target framework '.NETFramework,Version=v4.0,Profile=Client'. This can happen if the target framework is not installed or if the framework moniker is incorrectly formatted.  Eu nao sei como o resolver se alguem puder me ajudar estarei grato :)

Cara , Eu dou New project e vo em Windows Form Applications  , e Dou ok Assim que é Carregado aparece esse erro , Could not resolve mscorlib for target framework '.NETFramework,Version=v4.0,Profile=Client'. This can happen if the target framework is not installed or if the framework moniker is incorrectly formatted. 

Se voce tiver facebook Eu posso até te mandar algum print para facilitar , Meu Windows é XP , 32 bits

Tenho duas sugestões..

1 - Tente criar um projeto com outra versão do framework.

2 - Repara a instalação do framework.  E se for necessário. reinstala.
