Azure Log Analytics - Disconnected VM's RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm trying to setup Azure Update Management. I have 3 types of servers:

    1 - Azure VM's - This is working fine.

    2 - Non-azure VM's with access to the internet. This is working fine.

    3 - Non-azure VM's with NO access to internet. These are giving me trouble.

    I have picked 2 on-prem servers with access to the internet and have installed OMS Gateway on them. Then I go to the servers with NO access to internet, install MMA on them, configure the workspace ID and key from my Log Analytics Workspace and setup the proxy being my OMS Gateways servers on port 8080. The workspace ID is recognized and I get the green checkbox.

    However, on the Log Analytics Workspace, all these VM's show up as "disconnected".

    I tried all troubleshoot steps everywhere, with no success.

    Any help is much appreciated here.
