Unable to access script to edit RRS feed

  • Question

  • From @5robesons_aj via Twitter

"I created an Azure Mobile Service Scheduler function a couple years ago and now need to edit the script.  How can I get to it?

When I upgraded to the new portal, my mobile service with the script was migrated. Now I don't see it in the classic portal.

Thanks - My job migrated and still runs daily.  Now I need to edit but see no way to get to the script to edit it."

  • You can edit the script using source control on mobile services. See https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/mobile-services-store-scripts-source-control/ for more details. Since you have migrated mobile services, you need to set / reset git credentials using Mobile App -> Settings -> Deployment Credentials in new portal.

  • Thank you - I was able to connect it to Visual Studio and update.  This change wasn't clear from the Migration information.
