Azure / resource name

Question

Dear All,<o:p></o:p>

 

Could you explain why I get the message "<resource name> is not available"?<o:p></o:p>

Why does it need to be unique? I create these resources in my environment, in my account (where I am 100% sure that I do not have another resource with this name).
