Unable to open the documents in the chrome and Firefox , as i can able to in IE and edge. RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    we are facing one issue is that we are able to open the documents in IE and Edge and unable to in chrome and Firefox we are getting the errors like below

    Edge : 

    chrome:

    The webpage at https://officewebapp.site.co.in/--%--%--/%enableroaming=1, might be temporarily down or it might have moved to permanently to a new web address. 

    Please help to get it resolved as lot of the users are getting impacted.

  • Hi Abdullakhan,

    I've tried to open "https://officewebapp.site.co.in/--%--%--/%enableroaming=1" with Edge, Google Chrome, but in vain. Edge can not reach the page.
       

    How and where did you know the URL?

    Thanks for the mail, i haven't provided the full URL in the question i just given the sample URL .

    Please let me know how can we resolve this issue is this any certificate, i have checked it in IIS it is binded , any browser issue? we are able to open the same documents last 3 days back.

    Please provide the actual URL, instead of the sample.
    Otherwise, I cannot check it in my environment.

    Are you opening documents with OWA? 

    Can you open other documents using OWA with chrome and Firefox?
