  • Hi Rajendran,

    You can create a custom column for the Calendar that is "Attendees" which would be a "People or Group" column type. Then you can create a simple workflow in SharePoint Designer that will send an email to those people who are entered.

          Sorry for the delay reply.Its working when i am using timer job but sanboxed solution does not support timer job thats why i tried some other approach.

    Every month, an email should be sent to specific users, irrelevant of the user logs in or not.
