Biztalk 2013 - Polling for HTTPS

Question

Is it possible to implement HTTPS Polling (not Http polling) from Biztalk 2013.

Basically i want to poll the Azure Logic app's HTTPS URL from Biztalk 2013 every 1 min.  

Also the communication between themm should be secured/encrypted/TLS2.0
