Workflow site has not accepted an email since the site was restored RRS feed

  • One our workflow site has not accepted an email since the site was restored, in SharePoint 2013 on-premise.

    A list where the emails is stored, and the email address looks like : approve@sharepoint.XXX.ca

    Is there a service down that is causing this? Anyone know why, and how to fix it?
