TFS extension reinstall after remove, The extension already exists RRS feed

    We are getting this strange issue on a few servers but not always. Earlier only we were seeing this but now one of client has also reported the same.

    I have uninstalled our custom extension, and it was removed this extensions from the list. Then it was reinstalled – we get this message 'The extension already exists. Have you seen this & do you know a way to fix it?
