SharePoint 2007 - I have tabbed headings. How do I make a dropdown appear upon mouseover showing sites beneath the main tabs (sites)? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a site collection that is in SharePoint 2007.  I have tabs across the top to enable my users to see the first-level sites.  For example, I have Architecture under the Home site.  I would like to enable my users to mouse over the Architecture site and see all of the sites below the Architecture site.  I have SharePoint Developer, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Can anyone help?  Is there some code available for this?

  • Hi
    Thanks to share your problem.
You can use "Navigation" option from Site Settings-->Look and feel section. Where you can set your site links under any site tab.
One more thing you need to change that 'MaximumDynamicDisplayLevels' property in the default.master file. It is set to '1'. Change it to '2' and you have two levels of flyout navigation from your top site.
