  • Question

  • Is there a way for an email notification workflow to send an email to the user for ONLY the fields that have been filled out?  For example, we created a catering form with 40+ fields.  People usually only fill in 15 or so of them, depending on what type of food they'd like catered. Every time an alert goes to our Facilities team, they have to sift through the long email to see what was and was not requested.

  • Hi MLSchuknecht,

I agree with Vivisp, send different emails depending on the type of the food, and use "add or change lookup" to insert field in the body of the email.

Besides, you can add an alert in the list, when an item is added, it will send an email.

Please remember to mark the reply as an answer if it helps.
