Where are the ListView css definitions located? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I want to change the font color of my ListView header title and the backgroung colors of the alternating row.
I opened the page with SPD and find a file called Jet1011-65001.css within the _themes folder, but now I have no idea which attribute is responsible for the tile font color and the alternativ row color.

Maybe someone can help me out here?

    thanks

Answers

  • Take a look in the core.css, located in 12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\<LCID>\STYLES, where <LCID> is the locale id of your site. By default, alternating list view items use the "ms-alternating" style declared in that stylesheet, and the header title uses the "ms-pagetitle" style.

  • The best way to locate the attributes is to use an addon called, Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar.
