Previous Admin setup but didn't give access to anyone. I get a 401 unauthorized error trying to access. And no I cannot get to Central Administration due to STIG's on the server.
So I will have to use PowerShell to try to add. All the scripts I've seen so far online are for adding users from AD, as in ALL users.
