Pull email addresses from a form to Exchange distribution list RRS feed

  • We have an infopath form on our sharepoint site which is used by our sales people to submit orders to the warehouse. The form is part of a workflow which goes through a few steps before being completed. This all works great. The owner had me add a new field for the customer's email address which I did but now he is asking if we can pull those email addresses as they are added and have them added to a mailing list (distribution list) in exchange. So every time a new order is created if the email address does not exist on the mailing list it would be added. Then they can send out mass emails to all their customers.

    Is there an easy way to do this? The process would need to be automated or require minimal work to be updated. If it can just be part of the workflow that would be ideal. Any suggestions? Thanks.
