Saving a Globally Reusable workflow as a template RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just published one of my reusable workflows Globally.  However, now that I have published my reusable workflow Globally, I am unable to save my workflow as a template so that I can export the .wsp file to another site collection and activate the solution/feature.

What do I need to modify in my workflow in order to be able to save my Globally Reusable Workflow as a Template in my Site Collection?

  • One way is to right-click the published one, select copy and modify. Give it a name and save it. Then back in WF list, select it and the save as template will be active.
