Hybrid configuration for Skype for business, facing issue for Skype for business channel for bot

    Question

    1. I have a skype hybrid environment and trying to set a bot.
    2. Have created a bot and checked the bot in the test framework. It is working fine.
    3. Trying to add a channel Skype for business. After the setup is done and i am trying to send a message to the bot
      Got the following error :

    I can see the request coming from the frontend to edge server, but when it is going from edge server to the sipfed.online.lync.com è then we get 500 error in-return.

    Thanks for visiting our forum. Then here is mainly focus on troubleshooting issues regarding SFB. Based on your description, you have some issue with SFB bot, as bot is more related with SFB development area, so I'll move this thread to the Microsoft Unified Communications Web API forum to get a better response.
