Unable to connect to Sharepoint Farm

Question
-
Hi Team, I am facing very weird situation.I have a 3 server farm (1 WFE + 1 APP + SQL DB,
Now, CA was hosted on APP server but from last 2 days we are getting the issue that only 1 server remains connected to the farm and this depends on the
sequence of the Shut Down and Restart.
But even when APP was connected to farm, i was getting run time error for CA and after troubleshooting for 2 days, we decided to run Sharepoint Config Wizard which
asked to first disconnect the server and re-connect the server to the farm. The same was followed but we are not able to connect it back to the farm.
On other hand to bring the CA back, we ran Config wizard on WFE and host the CA site there and now its working fine.
But we are still facing issue in connecting App server to the farm.
Steps performed :
1. Checked the permission on the sql for the account
2. Checked the TCP/IP Setting
3. Checked FireWall setting - its off
4. Not using any Alia
5. Tried through powershell, same error
Thank you !

Hi Alok_Paul.
Did you make any change on the farm or on any of its servers after which the problem started to occur? Which account are the SQL Server services running under?
First of all, try troubleshooting as per suggestions in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 811889.Bye.

Hi Alok,
As Luigi said, which account's password did you change?
Please confirm the service account you are using to run the configuration wizard on the app server has full rights to the configuration database.

I am sorry for delay in response, as I said I was able to join the server to the farm by reseting the admin password but it keeps on disconnecting from the farm
It is like after few hours WFE will be connected and app will get disconnected
and after again few hours - app will be connected and WFE will get disconnected
Password reset was done for SPSETUP account which is used for configuration

Hi Alok,
Where do you get the error "The local farm is not accessible. Cmdlets with FeatureDependencyId are not registered"?
