As of January 1, 2019, Duo Support no longer provides troubleshooting for cases involving any Windows Phone 10.x and 8.x devices. On December 10, 2019, the Windows Phone operating system officially reached end-of-life status, meaning Microsoft is no longer providing security updates for any Windows Phone devices.

As of March 10, 2020, the Duo Mobile Windows Phone app may not be installed from the Microsoft Store or any other source.
