Bot endpoint registering problem

  • Hi,

    I'm trying to understand how endpoint register works for Skype for Business bots. Following the official docs, i used the cmdlet to register:

    New-CsOnlineApplicationEndpoint -ApplicationId APPID -Name NameOfTheBot -Uri sip:username@yourdomain.com

    It didn't propagate even after 24hours so i used Remove-CsOnlineApplicationEndpoint to delete the endpoint and also deleted the user from Office 365.

    I made sure to also remove it from recycle bin. Now, when i try to register the endpoint again it shows the following error:

    " Could not get application endpoint or the Uri is already present as an User in BVD "

    What i've checked:

    - User does not exist in tenant or recycle bin

    - User does not exist in skype for business

    Can anyone help me with this? It's possible to use the sip uri again or it HAS to be a completely unique one every time?

    Can i somewhat "reset" the application endpoints used in my tenant so i'm able to use the original one again?
