  • Hi Dave,

    I think we can use WordprocessingDocument.MainDocumentPart.GetStream() to retrieve the stream. Is this what you are looking for?

  • This solution will only save one part of the WordprocessingDocument, the main body of the document. I'm looking for a way to save the entire document and came across this answer, but it will not give access to the other parts of the document, such as headers and footers.
