Workflow 2013 does not work

Question
-
Workflow 2013 used as an approval cycle to a list did not work suddenly.it was running smoothly for more than 2 years. We made a test workflow from 2013 to the same list and it did not work, then we created a test mail from 2010 for the same list and it did work. also we are using SharePoint online.
Please help to solve this problem.

Hi,
in this case check the ULS for insufficient rights of items or workflow owner.--

Hi Nilukshi,
Since you use SharePoint Online, we are not able to check the ULS log for SharePoint Online except to connect Microsoft support.
For your issue, how did the workflow 2013 not work? Is there any error message in your list items workflow details?
Have you set the Item-level Permissions in the list advanced settings to restrict who can edit the items? Try to uncheck “Automatically update the workflow status to the current stage name” option in workflow settings in SharePoint designer and check the result.

Hi Nilukshi,
Whether this issue occurred in other lists? You can create 2013 workflow in other lists and check again.
Try to switch to another account to start the workflow, check the results.
